Trip.com Thailand

From 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, stated reward are only applicable to Car rentals. All other products will earn a lower reward.
Unless otherwise specified, awards are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com Thailand. Stated reward is for hotel reservation only. All other products will earn a lower reward.
Rewards for Mainland China domestic flights are only applicable to Transactions generated on Trip.com. Transactions made by switching region/other websites will not be eligible for rewards.
Valid transactions will be reflected on transaction history approximately 7 business days after order is confirmed.
Missing transactions would require at least 90 -120 days investigation time.

Please note, you will not earn any reward for the following transactions:
- Orders using bank-related promo codes (including but not limited to digital payment promo codes)/Hotel Presale Voucher will not be eligible for earning reward.
- Gift card purchases or transactions involving the redemption of gift cards
- Children Tickets or Infant Tickets
- Add-on purchases (including but not limited to Baggage/Meals/Upgrades etc.)
- Orders of new customers using the coupon for Airport Transfer, effective from 1 April 2025
- Orders made by Trip.com India members, effective from 21 July 2025
