If orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders no rewards will be given.
Effective from November 22 2023, no reward will be eligible for Gucci products.
For exchanged orders, please submit a missing transaction claim with all supporting documents including original order confirmation and exchanged order confirmation.
