Only car rental and orders on “Japan Hotels” are eligible for earning rewards. Non-Japan hotel orders will earn a lower reward.
Bookings using vouchers would earn a lower reward.
Other products are not eligible to earn rewards.
Rewards are only eligible for purchases made on Rakuten Travel Hong Kong website. Reward won't be eligible if you transit to the website of the other country/area then ordered, or when the order is made under another domain.
