How do I use EVA Mileage Mall?

You can earn award miles (“Miles”) by completing purchases with participating merchants when you shop online through EVA Mileage Mall. You need to be an EVA AIR Infinity MileageLands member (“Member”) to earn Miles through EVA Mileage Mall. Not an EVA AIR Member? If you are Not a Member, you can join here now.

Yes, you need to be a Member to earn Miles. As long as you're a Member and have signed in to your EVA AIR Infinity MileageLands account (“Account”), you’ll earn Miles when you access the merchant’s site through EVA Mileage Mall and complete purchases.

You can browse EVA Mileage Mall without being a Member; however, you need to log in to your Account as a member to earn Miles for purchases from participating merchants. Not a Member? Sign up now.

How do I start shopping and earning?

  • Access EVA Mileage Mall and make sure you’re signed in to your Account.
  • Choose a merchant you want to shop with and click the ‘Shop Now’ button.
  • Remember, you must log in and click through to the merchant’s site from EVA Mileage Mall every time you shop for us to track your Miles.
  • You must enable your Internet browser cookies to be sure your Miles are awarded to your Account.

No, you will not spend any more by using our site — and you’ll get the benefit of earning Miles! It’s the same price as shopping directly with the merchants, so you won’t miss out on any of their special offers. By using our site you can earn Miles on every qualifying purchase.

Yes, you will still earn EVA Mileage Mall award Miles but we would advise that you don’t purchase any items that you have previously saved to your cart — this could affect receiving your Miles. It’s best to start your shopping directly from EVA Mileage Mall.

  • It takes up to 5 working days for a purchase to display as 'Pending'.
  • It may be that the web browser used at the time of purchase had cookies disabled.

Please be sure to accept the merchant site cookies as well. Cookies allow us to track your purchase — without them there’s no way for the system to allocate Miles to your Account. Read more about cookies.

If you need help to figure out what’s happened, please contact us. Note that any claim for missing miles must be made to us within 60 days of your purchase.

Here are some best practice guidelines to help make sure you receive your Miles:

  • Make sure you log in to your Account before clicking on the ‘Shop Now’ button in EVA Mileage Mall.
  • Complete your purchase online, all in one session.
  • If you decide that you want to purchase something else after check out, close the merchant site window and start the process again, starting from EVA Mileage Mall.
  • Don't retrieve previously saved items in your shopping cart; start completely from scratch.
  • If you are buying insurance, make sure you start from a completely new quote; don't retrieve a saved one or use a renewal offer if you're already a policyholder.
  • Don’t click on another banner or website promoting the merchant before you complete your transaction. If you must visit another site before completing your purchase, please use a different browser to do so. Interrupting the browser session that started from EVA Mileage Mall can affect tracking.
  • Do not use "refer a friend" programs, again this changes the referrer.
  • Telephoning the merchant to complete or modify your order will likely override EVA Mileage Mall tracking (and therefore your Miles).
  • Increasingly some internet security and ad blocking software programs prevent the special tracking codes we need to track your purchases, please disable your program before using EVA Mileage Mall.
  • Don’t use a coupon code which isn’t displayed on EVA Mileage Mall at the time of your purchase.
  • Don’t switch to another country’s link within the merchant’s site for making a purchase as most merchants would not track the purchase if the country’s domain has changed.
  • Unless otherwise stated, purchases made through merchant apps will not earn Miles. Please make your purchase from their website via your browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and follow our other Terms & Conditions to be eligible for your reward.
  • Make sure the merchant site cookies are accepted when you land on the site from EVA Mileage Mall.

Miles can be cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common are:

  • You have returned the products you purchased to the merchant;
  • Your payment failed or you didn’t meet the requirements of the merchant’s credit check;
  • Your new registration has not been deemed genuine;
  • Your last click with this merchant didn’t come from EVA Mileage Mall;
  • Your transaction didn’t meet the merchant’s applicable terms and conditions;
  • Your order has been deemed not for genuine personal use;
  • If a coupon code is used that is not listed on EVA Mileage Mall, no Miles will be earned; or
  • You didn’t accept the merchant site cookies;

Sorry, but we’re unable to retrospectively allocate Miles for any purchases that did not originate from EVA Mileage Mall. The next time you shop, always access the Merchant’s website via EVA Mileage Mall so we can track your visit and allocate Miles.

  • When you buy something from a merchant, the transaction will appear in your EVA Mileage Mall Transaction History as ’Pending’ within 5 working days.
  • Your account will be updated to show your miles as "Approved" when we have validated your purchase with the merchant. Pending and approved transactions are the sole responsibility of the merchant from whom a purchase is made. This process can take up to 120 days and sometimes longer and the transaction is always subject to the merchant's terms & conditions. In the event where your transaction is not validated within the indicated timeline, it could be possible that there is a delay in validation from the merchant.
  • Once ‘Approved’ the Miles will be posted to your Infinity MileageLands account within 3 days. Please check for the credited miles on your Infinity MileageLands account statement based on the transaction date.

EVA Mileage Mall will clearly outline how many Miles you'll earn for purchases with participating merchants. In most cases, this will be expressed as a number of Miles earned per $10 or in specific currency spent at the merchant.

Miles are not earned on shipping, handling, tax, or the purchase and/or use of gift vouchers, which for avoidance of doubt, includes gift cards, gift certificates, or any other similar cash equivalents.

Yes. You can see all your transactions whether they are 'Pending', 'Approved' or 'Cancelled' within your Account area.

It’s the Merchants who decide the level of Miles given for shopping with them. Be sure to check out how many Miles the merchant offers before completing your purchase.

Earn rates can go up or down, and some merchants may offer bonus offers from time to time. The current earning rate is displayed on EVA Mileage Mall so remember to look at the current rate to know how many Miles you’ll earn.

We're constantly adding and looking for new merchants, so if you know of a great online service or shop that you'd like to see added to our growing list, please let us know by submitting your request here.

You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would do directly with the merchant, subject to the merchant’s terms and conditions. However, you will not earn Miles for any cancelled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after Miles have been posted to your Account, we reserve the right to deduct such Miles from your Account.

From time to time merchants may decide they no longer wish to participate in EVA Mileage Mall and offer Miles to Members. When this happens, we thank them for participating and remove them from our listings.

At this time, Miles cannot be used to make purchases through EVA Mileage Mall. Any Miles earned through EVA Mileage Mall will be posted to your Account and can be redeemed towards award travel and services offered by EVA AIR in your local market. Kindly noted that Miles earned through EVA Mileage Mall cannot be counted toward membership upgrades or renewals.

Are my personal details safe?

Your personal information is kept completely confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

EVA Mileage Mall will not share any personal information about you with our merchants. Please note though that when you click a ‘Shop Now’ link to a merchant, you will leave the EVA Mileage Mall completely and be subject to that merchant’s Terms and Conditions including their privacy policy. If you share your details with a merchant, they may contact you.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

You will need your account number or E-Mail Address or Username and your password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please select "Forgot Password" on the Log In page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

You may review and update the personal information you provide by logging in to your account.

Delivery

Where will EVA Mileage Mall merchants deliver to?

You will need to check with each individual merchant for full details of their delivery options.

Yes, but shipping may not be possible to your address or extra charge may incur for international shipping. Miles reward might exclude oversea transaction and is based on merchant’s Purchase Conditions which may be amended from time to time.
